Independent Service

Fly Experts is an independent travel assistance service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any airline. Airline names, if mentioned, are used for identification only.

Our Role

We provide guidance and assistance with flight reservations by phone. All travel is subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the applicable travel provider, which you are responsible for reviewing.

Service Fees

Any service fees applicable to your request will be disclosed during your call before your request is finalized. You may decline at any time before confirming.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate traveler names and details matching government-issued ID.
• Confirm your itinerary details before approving any transaction.
• Ensure you hold required travel documents, visas, and health requirements.

No Guarantees

We cannot guarantee availability, schedules, or decisions made by travel providers, including changes, cancellations, or refunds.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fly Experts is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from travel provider actions, delays, or cancellations.

Hours

Phone assistance is available Mon–Sun 9:30am–7:00pm ET. Calls outside these hours may not be answered.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
